Sacha ConServ

HOW IT WORKS

Typically, the Service Provider will have established taxation and regulatory structures, and negotiated wholesale arrangements with Brokers, Fund Managers, etc.

Depending on the structure of the Service, an Investor will either deal with a licensed Financial Planner, or with the Provider directly, choosing the investment assets and taxation structure that suits their needs.

The Provider will establish an account for the Investor, and purchase any assets according to the investor's instructions.

The Provider will collect investment income from all assets, re-invest income according to instructions, collate performance and statistical information relating to the various assets, and provide the Investor with consolidated reports.

At the end of the financial year, the Provider will also issue relevant taxation information and documentation to the Investor.

When the Investor wants to alter their portfolio, one contact with the Provider will set the required changes in motion.
